Terms of Use

Using Newsei
Newsei is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial reading. By using the site you agree to these terms.
What Newsei is
Newsei groups public reporting from multiple news organisations into one page per event, and links back to the original articles. We are an intelligence and discovery layer over the news, not the original publisher of the reporting we index.
Source material and copyright
Headlines, short excerpts and links are used to identify and credit the original reporting. Copyright in that reporting remains with the publisher named on the page. If you are a rights holder and want your feed handled differently, contact us and we will act on it.
Accuracy
Clustering, status labels and confidence indicators are automated judgements and can be wrong. Nothing on Newsei is legal, financial, medical or professional advice. Always check the original source before relying on a claim.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, mirror or republish the site in bulk.
- Do not attempt to access administrative areas or interfere with the service.
- Do not use Newsei to break any applicable law.
Availability
The site is offered as-is, without warranty. It may be unavailable, incomplete or changed at any time, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use.
Advertising
Newsei may carry advertising. Ads are clearly separated from editorial content and advertisers have no influence over which stories appear or how they are labelled.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
